1. Introduction

RedVision Studios ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy. This policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit the RedVision platform ("Service") and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.

2. Information We Collect

We collect several types of information from and about users of our Service, including:

• Personal Identifiers: Name, email address, postal address (only if voluntarily provided for specific merchandise; we do not collect phone numbers or physical addresses for general account creation), and unique personal identifier (e.g., User ID).
• Social Graph & Interactive Data:
  • Direct Messages: Content of communications sent between you and other users.
  • Connections: Who you follow, blocking lists, and mutual connections.
  • Engagement: Likes, comments, and interactions with posts.
  • "Splits" (Remixes): Data tracking the lineage of content you remix ("split") from other users, and who remixes your content.
• Internet Activity: Browsing history, search history, and information on your interaction with our Service.
• User Content: Information, text, images, or media that you post, upload, or otherwise submit.
• Payment Information: Transaction history and payment method tokens (we do not store full credit card numbers).

3. Notice at Collection & Sensitive Personal Information (CCPA/CPRA)

3.1. Categories of Personal Information Collected In the preceding 12 months, we have collected the following categories of personal information:

• Identifiers (e.g., email address, account name).
• Internet/Network Activity (e.g., usage logs).
• Sensitive Personal Information (see below).

3.2. Sensitive Personal Information: Authentication Tokens We collect "Authentication Tokens" (e.g., OAuth tokens for X, Instagram, Truth Social) to facilitate cross-platform posting and account linking. Under the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), this is classified as Sensitive Personal Information.

• Purpose of Collection: We use these tokens solely to perform the services reasonably expected by an average requesting user (i.e., to authenticate you with third-party platforms). We do not use or disclose Sensitive Personal Information for inferring characteristics about you or for targeted advertising.
• Right to Limit Use: You have the right to limit our use of your Sensitive Personal Information to that which is necessary to perform the services. To exercise this right, please contact us at privacy@redvisionstudios.com or use the "Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information" link in your account settings.

4. Third-Party Data Integration & API Compliance

4.1. Integration with Third-Party Platforms RedVision integrates with various third-party services, including X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, and Truth Social, to facilitate cross-platform sharing and authentication. When you choose to link your RedVision account with these services, we collect and use information in strict accordance with the developer agreements and data governance policies of those platforms.

4.2. X (Twitter) Data Usage & AI Training Prohibition Your use of RedVision features related to X is governed by the X User Agreement and Developer Policy. In compliance with X’s 2025 Terms of Service updates:

• No AI Training: RedVision expressly certifies that we do not use, access, or process any content, data, or user information retrieved from the X API to train, fine-tune, or ground any artificial intelligence models, machine learning algorithms, or generative AI systems. We acknowledge that X explicitly reserves the right to use X content for its own AI training, but strictly prohibits third-party developers from doing so without express written permission.
• No Unauthorized Scraping: We do not engage in scraping or unauthorized automated collection of X data. We adhere to X’s API rate limits and acknowledge that unauthorized scraping may result in liquidated damages as outlined in the X Terms of Service.

4.3. Instagram (Meta) Platform Compliance Our integration with Instagram uses the official Instagram API and adheres to the Meta Platform Terms.

• Prohibited Uses: We do not use Instagram data for surveillance, to build user profiles for eligibility determinations (such as credit or housing), or for discriminatory purposes.
• Data Retention: We do not retain Instagram user data for users who have not actively engaged with our app in the past 90 days, in compliance with Meta’s data minimization requirements.
• Crawler Access: As required by Meta, this Privacy Policy is hosted on a public, non-geoblocked URL to ensure accessibility for automated compliance reviews.

4.4. Truth Social Integration RedVision respects the Terms of Service of Truth Social. We do not use automated scripts to scrape or mine data from Truth Social. Any integration features are designed to function within the authorized limits of the platform's user interface and widely distributed media policies.

4.5. Disclaimer of Third-Party Practices Please be aware that RedVision does not control the privacy practices of these third-party platforms. When you interact with X, Instagram, or Truth Social through our Service, your data is subject to their respective privacy policies. We encourage you to review their terms regarding data retention and AI usage.

5. Satire and AI Content Disclaimer

RedVision is a platform that hosts satirical and AI-generated content. To comply with state laws regarding "materially deceptive media" (e.g., Michigan), we require the following disclaimer to be associated with relevant content:

"This content is a transformative work intended solely for entertainment and satirical purposes and is not factual. It includes media generated or substantially modified by artificial intelligence. Pursuant to Michigan law, be advised: This [image/video/audio] has been manipulated by technical means and depicts speech or conduct that did not occur."

6. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your jurisdiction (including California), you may have the right to:

• Access copies of your personal information.
• Request deletion of your personal information.
• Opt-out of the sale or sharing of your personal information (RedVision does not sell your personal information).
• Correct inaccurate personal information.
